What a monthly report contains

  1. Every request

Passed, held and not sent, each with its reason.

  2. Outcomes you recorded

Replied, booked, quoted, won, lost, unreachable. Blank when you didn't record one.

  3. Spend, from your account

Platform spend as your account reports it.

  4. Reviews

Any request you questioned, the evidence checked and the result.

  5. Proposed changes

In writing, for you to accept or decline.

A standard, as written into an agreement

Illustrative example. "A Qualified Enquiry is a request received through a Client Channel that meets every check in Schedule A as completed for the Client: genuine intent, contactability, scope, market fit, consent, and not a duplicate under the matching rule and window set out in Schedule A. The Client may ask for a review of any enquiry within the period stated in Schedule A."

Draft wording only. Real agreements will be reviewed by a qualified professional.
