How it works

Eight stages, in your accounts.

Nothing goes live until the standard is agreed in writing, and nothing is built in an account you don't own. This is the proposed operating model; terms are confirmed in writing for each client.

Who does what, stage by stage

The middle column is the service you pay for. The right column is what you have when the stage is done.

  1. 01 Assessment

Your business: Describe your market, channels, capacity and goals.

Ring Side Leads: Review your site, listings and search presence; reply in writing, including when a programme would not make sense.

    Result: Written assessment

  2. 02 Setup

Your business: Open or keep accounts in your business name; grant access.

Ring Side Leads: Build enquiry pages on your domain, tracking and consent text that names your business.

    Result: Accounts, pages, tracking

  3. 03 Agreed standard

Your business: Decide what counts for your business and sign it off.

Ring Side Leads: Draft the standard from the template; set duplicate window and review period with you.

    Result: Signed lead standard

  4. 04 Acquisition

Your business: Pay platform spend directly to the platform.

Ring Side Leads: Run campaigns and listings inside your accounts, inside the agreed budget.

    Result: Enquiries in your channels

  5. 05 Qualification

Your business: Answer questions about edge cases.

Ring Side Leads: Check each request against the standard; hold uncertain ones with a reason.

    Result: Passed, held, not sent

  6. 06 Handoff

Your business: Reply to each request and record the outcome.

Ring Side Leads: Deliver passed requests to your inbox or CRM with their route attached.

    Result: Request records

  7. 07 Measurement

Your business: Join the monthly review.

Ring Side Leads: Reconcile every request and outcome; propose changes in writing.

    Result: Monthly reconciliation

  8. 08 Offboarding

Your business: Remove our access when you choose.

Ring Side Leads: Hand over notes, settings and exports; confirm access removed.

    Result: Everything stays with you

What a person does, and what software does

Some checks are mechanical: is the email address well formed, does this phone number match a request from last week. Those can be automated, and your standard lists which ones are.

Judgement calls go to a person: is this a genuine enquiry, is it in your scope, is it a job seeker or a supplier. When a check is uncertain the request is held with a reason, never quietly passed or dropped.

What the programme doesn't do

  • Buy or resell leads

Every request comes through your own channel and goes to you alone.

  • Cold outreach

The programme is inbound only: people contact you because they chose to.

  • Keep your accounts

Accounts, pages and records stay in your name. Ending the programme means removing our access.

  • Promise numbers

No promised lead counts, sales or cost per lead. Reporting shows what actually happened against the standard.

What the programme needs from you

A programme only works if enquiries are answered. Before launch we agree, in writing:

  • who replies to new enquiries, and a reply window your team can keep
  • who records the outcome of each request, and where
  • your scope, market and capacity, and how you'll tell us when they change
  • any marketing rules your business already follows, such as do-not-contact lists

Start with a market assessment

Let’s make your phone ring.

Tell us about your business and how customers reach you today. A person reads every request and replies by email with what we found, including when we don’t think we’re a fit.
